Our terms of delivery are simple. This is a non-profit association - not a corporation. The association fights for the scouts for low prices. That is, everything should be as cheap as possible. That's why things sometimes take a little longer at the club than at the store. The terms of delivery are: Payment of the amount due is made in the following way: * transfer in advance by bank transfer. Once payment has been received, the goods will be shipped to the customer. If the payment is not credited to this ING account within 14 days after the order, the order will automatically expire. When the amount due has been paid, this will be confirmed by e-mail. For deliveries outside the Netherlands that weigh more than 2 Kg, they will only be shipped after you have contacted us and the price for packaging and shipping has been agreed on a case-by-case basis and full payment has been received. Please contact the Service Kring JOTA-JOTI by sending an email to info AT kitbuilding.org, Service Kring JOTA-JOTI fully supports the quality of the products it offers. The products can be returned within seven days. The conditions for returns apply to this: - The items may not be damaged or used. - The customer must inform the Service Kring JOTA-JOTI of the return shipment in advance by means of an email. - Please state the name of the customer clearly on the return shipment, on the envelope or with a note in the envelope or the like. - The customer is responsible for correct return shipment: properly and properly packaged, if the customer has the option, with bubble wrap, or in a sturdy envelope. Or using a thick layer of kitchen paper. It is important that the materials cannot roll loosely through the envelope or "bump" against each other. - The shipping costs of the return shipment are for the account of the sender/customer. Provided these conditions are met and the items are received properly packaged, the customer will receive the money back into his or her bank or giro account, within 10 working days after receipt of the return shipment. The customer will be notified by e-mail of the refund. If you have already received damaged products, please keep everything in the condition as you received it and then send us an e-mail, with some photos
